技術(shù)成就
自2001年讀碩士研究生起,長(zhǎng)期從事高梯度磁選理論與技術(shù)研究,成果主要應(yīng)用于氧化鐵礦、鈦鈦鐵、黑鎢礦等弱磁性礦的分離富集和提純。主持承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、教育部博士點(diǎn)基金、省應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)、省重大裝備研發(fā)與產(chǎn)業(yè)化、企業(yè)委托技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)等科研項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng),參與“SLon-2500立環(huán)脈動(dòng)高梯度磁選機(jī)研制和工業(yè)試驗(yàn)”項(xiàng)目,負(fù)責(zé)“SLon連續(xù)式離心機(jī)研制和工業(yè)試驗(yàn)”項(xiàng)目;主持“應(yīng)用SLon-2500強(qiáng)磁-離心分離新技術(shù)從海鋼尾礦中回收鐵金屬資源工業(yè)試驗(yàn)”項(xiàng)目,并在海南鋼鐵公司、昆鋼大紅山鐵礦、江鎢集團(tuán)公司等重要礦山企業(yè)推廣應(yīng)用,該項(xiàng)目于2009年贛州金環(huán)磁選設(shè)備有限公司獲得海南省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)。當(dāng)前,主要在離心高梯度磁選新方法、磁介質(zhì)等領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展理論和應(yīng)用研究工作。
