人物履歷
2002年進(jìn)入中南大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí),于2006年成為該院材料物理專業(yè)研究生,師從汪明樸和李周教授。在此期間對材料的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與性能之間的關(guān)系產(chǎn)生極大興趣,并獲得直接攻讀博士資格。2011年,在汪明樸教授指導(dǎo)下,完成論文答辯,獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。攻讀博士學(xué)位期間,研究工作主要是分析汽車用鋁合金材料(Al-Mg-Si系合金)的變形機(jī)制和疲勞斷裂性能, 以及在烤漆工藝中鋁合金的固態(tài)相變,結(jié)構(gòu)和性能之間的關(guān)系,沉淀硬化機(jī)理,納米析出相的微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)和位向關(guān)系。2011年博士畢業(yè)后,成為布魯內(nèi)爾大學(xué)凝固技術(shù)中心博士后研究員。主要從事新的汽車用鋁合金材料開發(fā),通過高壓壓鑄工藝制備汽車用鋁合金薄壁件,進(jìn)一步研究高壓壓鑄過程中的鋁合金材料的凝固過程及其微觀組織和性能,以及研究汽車用鋁合金材料在回收利用過程中,不斷增加的雜質(zhì)元素對其性能的影響, 同時(shí)借助于高分辨透射電子顯微鏡深入到納米甚至原子尺度去觀察形核質(zhì)點(diǎn)和熔體之間的界面,研究金屬材料凝固過程中的非均勻形核和毒化機(jī)理。研究工作得到英國EPSRC,Towards Affordable, Closed-Loop Recyclable Future Low Carbon Vehicle Structures項(xiàng)目和英國國家液態(tài)金屬創(chuàng)新制造中心(Lime)支持。
2015年1月作為人才引進(jìn)加入西北工業(yè)大學(xué),特評副教授。主要從事鎳基高溫合金和汽車用鋁合金的凝固過程控制,合金的微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)與力學(xué)性能和腐蝕性能之間的關(guān)系。近幾年來,在Scripta Materialia、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Metallurgical and Materials Transactions A、Materials Characterization、Materials Science and Engineering: A、Philosophical Magazine Letters等國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文30余篇。擔(dān)任Scripta Materialia、Metallurgical and Materials Transactions A、Microscopy and microanalysis、Materials Science and Engineering: A、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Philosophical Magazine Letters、Materials Characterization等國際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊審稿人。
本團(tuán)隊(duì)主要采用先進(jìn)的技術(shù)分析手段(SEM、HRTEM、STEM、3DAP等)研究金屬結(jié)構(gòu)材料(鋁合金和鎳基高溫合金)的微觀組織演變及其與合金力學(xué)性能(強(qiáng)度和蠕變壽命)之間的關(guān)系。歡迎有興趣的同學(xué)加入我的團(tuán)隊(duì),報(bào)考我的研究生。
