湯素芳，女，博士，中國科學(xué)院金屬研究所研究員，熱結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)合材料學(xué)科方向創(chuàng)新課題組負(fù)責(zé)人。2001年畢業(yè)于湖南大學(xué)碳素專業(yè)，同年考入中科院金屬所攻讀博士學(xué)位，2006年6月博士。畢業(yè)后在中科院金屬所工作，任助理研究員；2008年10月晉升為副研究員；2013年10月晉升為研究員。
