劉景晶,1957年出生,福建人,博士,教授, 博士生導(dǎo)師, 中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng),美國(guó)眼科學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員。曾被評(píng)為江蘇省“六大”人才高峰人選,江蘇省“333”工程第二層次人選,校跨世紀(jì)學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。

主要研究
(1)在美國(guó)North Texas大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)中心做博士后工作期間,在世界上首次從人視網(wǎng)膜發(fā)現(xiàn)了一種新型血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子-VEGF183,基因序列首先在國(guó)際基因庫(kù)登錄,并于1999年在Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci.以第一作者發(fā)表(IF5.2)。
(2)以劉景晶為主完成的抗癌藥—門冬酰胺酶,已收載于2000年版中國(guó)藥典,榮獲江蘇省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)。以劉景晶為主完成的“酶法生產(chǎn)丙氨酸”項(xiàng)目也在省內(nèi)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn),獲得國(guó)家醫(yī)藥總局科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng);完成了“用基因工程菌酶法生產(chǎn)D-對(duì)羥基苯甘氨酸”通過了江蘇省科技廳組織的專家鑒定(蘇科鑒字[2002]第321號(hào); 排名第一)。
(3) 在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面,在國(guó)內(nèi)外首次提出了“微基因藥學(xué)”的學(xué)科設(shè)想,沿該研究思路開展了與重大疾病相關(guān)的一系列微基因藥學(xué)相關(guān)技術(shù)研究,在國(guó)外著名雜志Journal of Immunology(影響因子6.293)、Vaccine上發(fā)表了20多篇論文,完成了微基因藥物制備技術(shù)平臺(tái)研究的“863”項(xiàng)目,建立的“微基因藥學(xué)”相關(guān)的技術(shù)平臺(tái)。
(4)申請(qǐng)并公開的國(guó)家專利23項(xiàng);在國(guó)內(nèi)外核心學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文130多篇,其中SCI論文30多篇,多篇論文在J Immunol(IF 6.293)、J Biol Chem(IF 5.808)、Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci(IF 5.2)Endocr Relat Cancer(IF 4.7)、Vaccine(IF 3.159)等國(guó)際著名學(xué)術(shù)雜志上刊登。
(5)曾多次承擔(dān)國(guó)家“863”計(jì)劃課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金課題,目前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的團(tuán)隊(duì)仍有四項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和兩項(xiàng)省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目,研究經(jīng)費(fèi)共計(jì)140萬(wàn)多元。
微基因藥物實(shí)驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)狀:
劉景晶教授建立的實(shí)驗(yàn)室擁有HPLC,毛細(xì)管電泳,高速冷凍離心機(jī),酶標(biāo)儀,5L和50L的發(fā)酵罐等多臺(tái)先進(jìn)儀器。除了常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室以外,實(shí)驗(yàn)室還配備有專門的動(dòng)物房和細(xì)胞房。目前劉老師領(lǐng)隊(duì)的科研團(tuán)隊(duì)主要致力于核酸和多肽類疫苗的研發(fā),包括動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化,糖尿病,腫瘤等相關(guān)疫苗和多肽類生物技術(shù)藥物。實(shí)驗(yàn)室擁有二十多個(gè)從事分子、生化、免疫、藥理的碩士和博士研究生。另外,微基因藥物實(shí)驗(yàn)室還與上海一就生物醫(yī)藥有限公司(www.bioyijiu.com)建立了長(zhǎng)期的互助合作關(guān)系。
