宋海巖 教授（香港理工大學(xué)，中國香港）
宋海巖教授的主要研究領(lǐng)域是旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，其中更以旅游需求的建模和預(yù)測為核心。他擁有中、英雙重教育背景，對于中國旅游業(yè)的國外直接投資（FDI）和各種經(jīng)濟(jì)問題都有著豐富的研究和咨詢經(jīng)驗。宋教授在旅游預(yù)測方法方面頗有建樹，其許多成果都發(fā)表于著名的旅游學(xué)術(shù)雜志。宋教授曾執(zhí)教于蘇格蘭格拉斯哥大學(xué)、頓提大學(xué)以及英國的薩里大學(xué)，之后他進(jìn)入香港理工大學(xué)任教，并于2004年8月?lián)尉频昱c旅游管理學(xué)院院長。
Professor Haiyan Song (Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China)
Professor Haiyan Song has a background in Economics with a particular focus on tourism demand modeling and forecasting. He was educated both in China and the UK and has extensive research and consultancy experiences in such areas as foreign direct investment (FDI) in China and economic issues related to China’s tourism sector. Professor Song has written extensively on tourism forecasting methodologies and many of his work has appeared in such academic journals as Applied Economics, Journal of Applied Economics, Journal of Transport and Economic Policy, Journal of Travel Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Tourism Economics and Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing. Professor Song taught at Glasgow Caledonian University, University of Abertay Dundee and University of Surrey in the UK before joining the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as Chair Professor in Tourism, in August 2004.
