1991年12月至1993年11月，上海交通大學(xué)，做博士后；
1998年8月至1999年8月，加拿大，麥克瑪斯特大學(xué)，做高級訪問學(xué)者;
1993年11月至2000年7月，武漢水利電力大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)系，任教授、博士生導(dǎo)師;
2000年8月至今，武漢大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院，任教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。
