1988-1992年在河南師范大學(xué)化學(xué)系攻讀學(xué)時學(xué)位；

1992-1995年在鄭州大學(xué)化學(xué)系攻讀碩士學(xué)位,從事二茂鐵酰腙配合物的合成；

1995-1999年在鄭州萬象農(nóng)化公司工作,從事有機(jī)農(nóng)藥及助劑開發(fā)與應(yīng)用；

1999-2002在南京大學(xué)化學(xué)系攻讀博士學(xué)位。主要從事原子簇類化合物的合成與三階非線性光學(xué)性能研究；獲得南京大學(xué)研究生“光華”一等獎和SCI優(yōu)秀論文獎；

2002-至今在鄭州大學(xué)化學(xué)系工作，副教授，主要研究工作為無機(jī)金屬聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的關(guān)系，原子簇聚合物化學(xué)。

2004年獲中國博士后科學(xué)基金資助，并獲河南省教育廳自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀論文一等獎1項(xiàng)，二等獎2項(xiàng)，獲得“鄭州大學(xué)引進(jìn)人才優(yōu)秀個人”稱號；中國化學(xué)會會員。

2005年獲得河南省杰出青年基金資助，并獲得河南省學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人稱號；

2006年獲國家自然科學(xué)基金資助。河南省優(yōu)秀博士后研究人員。

2007年獲得河南省科技進(jìn)步二等獎。

2008年晉升教授，并獲“河南省高等學(xué)校省級骨干教師”稱號；中國晶體學(xué)會會員。

1997年至今，先后在國內(nèi)外知名刊物發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文51篇，其中SCI論文45篇，核心期刊6篇。為國際期刊J. Coord. Chem. Optical Letters 等審稿人。
