    宋立榮

    宋立榮,男,博士、研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。國家水生生物種質(zhì)資源庫副主任,淡水藻種庫主任。研究領(lǐng)域為藻類生物學(xué)與藻種資源保護利用。聚焦藍藻水華、藍藻毒素等科學(xué)和技術(shù)問題,在宏觀和微觀層面上系統(tǒng)地加以研究,在本領(lǐng)域國際主流刊物上發(fā)表了百余篇論文,獲得授權(quán)專利十余項。1996年以來,從事淡水藻種庫的管理和研究,為藻種資源服務(wù)科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展做出了貢獻, 提升了我國藻種資源保藏和利用的能力。擔(dān)任中國科學(xué)院藻類生物學(xué)重點實驗室副主任、中國科學(xué)院生物遺傳資源庫工委會委員、農(nóng)業(yè)部“淡水微藻種質(zhì)資源收集與育種崗位科學(xué)家”(2017-2020)。作為主要骨干,獲省部級科技獎一等獎三項。培養(yǎng)博士和碩士研究生五十余名。

    研究方向:1、藍藻水華生態(tài)學(xué)和生物學(xué);2、藍藻毒素和藍藻異味;3、水體生態(tài)修復(fù)技術(shù)和應(yīng)用;4、藻種資源的保藏和應(yīng)用。

    主要研究成果如下:

    宋立榮

    1、 在藍藻水華暴發(fā)機制研究方面,從生理層面系統(tǒng)研究了微囊藻利用營養(yǎng)鹽和響應(yīng)主要環(huán)境要素的特性,發(fā)現(xiàn)群體微囊藻在營養(yǎng)鹽利用、光合活性等方面具有顯著的優(yōu)勢;從個體、種群水平上,揭示了滇池優(yōu)勢藍藻種屬競爭和演替的驅(qū)動力,從生態(tài)系統(tǒng)層面闡述了藍藻水華為何在滇池呈現(xiàn)并能長期維持;從比較湖沼學(xué)角度,闡述了太湖、滇池和巢湖的藍藻群落變化主要受到物理環(huán)境、浮游動物生物量及兩者間交互作用的影響,研究結(jié)果為制定湖泊營養(yǎng)鹽閾值和藍藻水華的控制提供了參考依據(jù);

    2、 在藍藻毒素研究方面,揭示了太湖北部湖區(qū)藍藻毒素在水柱中、底泥中及水生生物體內(nèi)的來源、分布、遷移、歸宿;通過藍藻水華(自然和人為處置)與環(huán)境污染物遷移及風(fēng)險研究,綜合評價了藻源污染物(即藻毒素及藻介導(dǎo)之其他環(huán)境污染物)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和人類健康風(fēng)險。推動并參與制定了二項藍藻微囊藻毒素國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。研制的藍藻毒素檢測試劑盒為我國眾多環(huán)境監(jiān)測部門和科研單位采用。作為國內(nèi)較早開展藻類異味的團隊,系統(tǒng)開展了典型湖庫異味的溯源和產(chǎn)異味藻類的生理學(xué)研究;

    3、 在重污染湖泊治理和生態(tài)修復(fù)方面,通過對高原湖泊-滇池生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的系統(tǒng)調(diào)查和分析,提出了滇池生態(tài)系統(tǒng)分區(qū)分步恢復(fù)的思路和技術(shù)方案,并在滇池重污染湖灣的開展生態(tài)修復(fù)重建的中試,取得了良好的示范效果,為滇池及類似污染湖灣的污染控制和生態(tài)重建探索了一條可借鑒的技術(shù)思路和示范技術(shù);

    4、 在淡水微藻資源的研究和利用方面,致力于國家水生生物種質(zhì)資源庫-淡水藻種庫的業(yè)務(wù)管理。二十年多來,堅持分離、收集我國不同地區(qū)的藻種資源,堅持為科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)界提供優(yōu)質(zhì)藻種;聯(lián)合研究團隊和骨干企業(yè),將藻種資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為科研和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的能力,服務(wù)于科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展的要求。

    巢湖浮游植物圖譜-張琪,宋立榮, 李林, 劉剛, 唐曉先. 中國環(huán)境出版社, 2018年.

    2015年以來,中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所與安徽省巢湖管理局通力合作,逐月對巢湖的浮游植物進行定性定量采集、鑒定、計數(shù)和拍照,歷時三年,終成《巢湖浮游植物圖譜》。本圖譜共匯集了7門75屬藻類的圖片,并簡要描述了其分類地位、形態(tài)特征和生境信息。
