科研項(xiàng)目
承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、省部產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目、省科技計(jì)劃和國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目等10多項(xiàng)。
科研成果
1)新藥研究與開發(fā) 主要進(jìn)行藥物的結(jié)構(gòu)改造和前藥研究;以及從天然產(chǎn)物發(fā)酵液中分離制備活性物質(zhì)。已經(jīng)從普伐他汀發(fā)酵液中分離得到了高活性的四氫普伐他汀,并完成了其合成工藝和結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定,完成了初步的藥學(xué)和毒性研究。
2)藥物多晶型與質(zhì)量控制 主要進(jìn)行了非布索坦藥物新晶型、氯吡格雷藥物新晶型以及他汀類藥物新晶型的研究,建立了藥物轉(zhuǎn)晶制備新晶型的研究和評(píng)價(jià)平臺(tái)。對(duì)頭孢類和克林霉素類等抗生素進(jìn)行了相關(guān)物質(zhì)的研究,合成開發(fā)了7個(gè)新的相關(guān)物質(zhì)對(duì)照品。
3)新型醫(yī)用材料與熒光免疫分析試劑 主要進(jìn)行了新型生物醫(yī)用膠黏劑和熒光標(biāo)記抗體的開發(fā),該類研究主要應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療器械和診斷試劑盒。

發(fā)表論文60多篇,其中SCI收錄50篇, 被他人引用超過500次。
申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利8件,其中2件已經(jīng)獲得授權(quán)。
