    教學(xué)領(lǐng)域

    曾先后主講普通遺傳學(xué),植物細(xì)胞遺傳學(xué),五大作物育種實(shí)踐教學(xué),植物遺傳實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù),分子遺傳與遺傳工程基礎(chǔ),作物遺傳育種Seminar等7門本科生和研究生課程,F(xiàn)主持碩士和博士研究生作物遺傳育種研究進(jìn)展,并參與博士研究生的作物科學(xué)研究進(jìn)展的專題講座。

    研究方向

    長(zhǎng)期從事稻種資源和基因組學(xué)、稻作抗旱遺傳機(jī)理及其分子育種工作。在水稻遺傳資源核心種質(zhì)研究方面率先提出核心種質(zhì)構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的理論及技術(shù)體系,首次提出中國普通野生稻和栽培稻的遺傳結(jié)構(gòu),提出中國稻種資源遺傳多樣性分布規(guī)律,并對(duì)栽野演化及其栽培稻的分類提出新的見解。

    主要利用旱稻DH、RIL和導(dǎo)入系群體及其種質(zhì)資源通過連鎖分析和GWAS相結(jié)合發(fā)掘根系、生理等抗旱相關(guān)性狀的QTL或基因,利用基因組分析和RNA-Seq轉(zhuǎn)錄組分析技術(shù)研究了旱稻基因表達(dá)規(guī)律、旱稻抗旱的分子機(jī)制和旱生適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化;利用稻種核心種質(zhì)培育的MCC-NAM群體和定向培育的產(chǎn)量性狀、耐冷性狀的近等基因系,通過連鎖分析和GWAS相結(jié)合高效發(fā)掘和克隆水稻重要功能基因。
