研究領(lǐng)域
分離技術(shù)與分離材料; 微結(jié)構(gòu)化工系統(tǒng); 超細(xì)顆?煽刂苽1)分離技術(shù)與分離材料 液液萃取作為高選擇性、低能耗的分離技術(shù),在化學(xué)、化工、材料、食品、環(huán)境、制藥等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。研究工作以雙液相體系為主要對象,以多過程復(fù)合、設(shè)備微型化、反應(yīng)和分離耦合以及外場強(qiáng)化等手段,緊密結(jié)合材料科學(xué)的最新發(fā)展,發(fā)展基于液液萃取的新型分離技術(shù)、高效分離設(shè)備和分離用功能材料。
2)微結(jié)構(gòu)化工系統(tǒng)
以實(shí)現(xiàn)化工過程高效、綠色和安全為目標(biāo),以微孔介質(zhì)、微通道為主要結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)展新型微結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)備反應(yīng)和分離設(shè)備。以液-液、氣-液兩相流為主要對象,采用在線顯微、紅外探針及化學(xué)反應(yīng)探針等方法,進(jìn)行均相及非均相體系微尺度流動(dòng)、混合、傳遞及反應(yīng)性能的基礎(chǔ)研究和CFD模擬,為微結(jié)構(gòu)化工系統(tǒng)的工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供基礎(chǔ)。
3)超細(xì)顆?煽刂苽 以能源材料、功能超細(xì)材料和催化材料等為主要研究對象,以液/液、氣/液微尺度混合為主要手段,研究超細(xì)材料制備過程的控制因素,建立相應(yīng)的機(jī)理模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)顆粒材料的可控制備,發(fā)展高效、連續(xù)及低能耗的超細(xì)材料工程制備技術(shù)和裝備。
