研究方向:有機(jī)高分子光電功能材料的設(shè)計(jì)合成及性能研究
具體研究內(nèi)容:
1、有機(jī)高分子光電功能材料的設(shè)計(jì)與合成,設(shè)計(jì)合成具有電致發(fā)光性質(zhì)和光電轉(zhuǎn)換性能的新型有機(jī)高分子材料;
2、有機(jī)高分子光電功能材料的能級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu),通過電化學(xué)、吸收光譜、量子化學(xué)計(jì)算等手段研究材料的分子結(jié)構(gòu)與其能級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系,為光電功能材料的分子設(shè)計(jì)和光電器件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)奠定基礎(chǔ);
3、有機(jī)高分子光電功能材料的電致發(fā)光性質(zhì),制備電致發(fā)光器件,考察分子結(jié)構(gòu)、器件結(jié)構(gòu)、器件工藝與器件性能(電流,亮度)之間的關(guān)系,為高性能電致發(fā)光器件的制備提供依據(jù);
4、有機(jī)高分子光電功能材料的光伏特性,考察分子結(jié)構(gòu)、聚集態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、器件結(jié)構(gòu)與器件性能之間的關(guān)系,器件光電流的波長依賴性、電場依賴性,以及相關(guān)物理過程,為高光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率的光伏器件的制備提供依據(jù)。
田文晶教授研究組
田文晶教授主持的項(xiàng)目《有機(jī)聚合物光電功能材料的基礎(chǔ)研究》榮獲吉林省自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng);該項(xiàng)目屬于光電功能材料領(lǐng)域中的有機(jī)聚合物光電功能材料方向,涉及有機(jī)聚合物光伏材料、發(fā)光材料的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究。針對(duì)有機(jī)聚合物光電功能材料在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中面臨的兩個(gè)主要問題:光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率低和固態(tài)發(fā)光效率低,提出了利用給體-受體分子結(jié)構(gòu)提高光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率,利用扭曲分子構(gòu)型實(shí)現(xiàn)高效固態(tài)發(fā)光的設(shè)計(jì)思想,揭示了分子結(jié)構(gòu)、聚集態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)與其光電特性的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,為設(shè)計(jì)和理解高性能有機(jī)光電功能材料提供了新思路,拓展了有機(jī)光電功能材料的應(yīng)用范圍。
