個人簡介
趙春杰，女，1966年10月出生，吉林省長春市人。
在南京大學生物學系獲理學學士和碩士學位，
1994年赴日本留學，2000年獲日本東京大學醫(yī)學系研究科分子細胞生物學博士學位，同年為日本學術(shù)振興會外國人特別研究員，
2001年起在美國加利福尼亞大學舊金山分校(UCSF) 做博士后研究工作，
2004年9月受聘為東南大學教授，曾任東南大學生命科學研究院副院長。
曾獲國家杰出青年科學基金資助，作為首席科學家主持國家重點基礎(chǔ)研究計劃（973）項目“抑郁癥和精神分裂癥的基因與環(huán)境相互作用機理研究”。為首批江蘇省“333工程”中青年科技領(lǐng)軍人才，獲江蘇省有突出貢獻中青年專家稱號，2009年入選“新世紀百千萬人才工程”國家級人選�，F(xiàn)任中國神經(jīng)科學學會理事，江蘇省發(fā)育生物學會副理事長。
研究方向
端腦發(fā)育的調(diào)控與相關(guān)神經(jīng)精神疾病的病理機制
海馬、新皮層是行使腦高級功能如學習記憶、情感的重要功能區(qū)域，多種認知和情感障礙均與早期海馬以及新皮層神經(jīng)環(huán)路的發(fā)育異常密切相關(guān)，但其發(fā)生發(fā)展機制尚不明了。
本課題組主要利用基因工程小鼠，通過基因敲除、轉(zhuǎn)基因等手段揭示海馬和新皮層神經(jīng)環(huán)路發(fā)育過程中神經(jīng)干細胞的分化、神經(jīng)元遷移和成熟的調(diào)控機制，探討環(huán)路中興奮性神經(jīng)元與抑制性中間神經(jīng)元二者之間的平衡維持機制，旨在為深入理解腦高級功能的神經(jīng)生物學基礎(chǔ)及其相關(guān)疾病的發(fā)生機制提供線索。
