近五年的主要學(xué)術(shù)貢獻： 1 ．以擬南芥為模式植物，利用分子，遺傳和細胞生物學(xué)的方法，研究了 普遍存在于真核生物細胞中的 ARF1 小 G 蛋白家族的功能，首次發(fā)現(xiàn)了 ARF1 小 G 蛋白家族在植物細胞極性形成過程中的重要作用。 2. 通過對表達在 擬南芥根部的 5 個與 生長素輸出調(diào)控有關(guān)的 PIN 基因家族成員的研究，揭示了一個由 PIN 基因家族成員組成的相互作用網(wǎng)絡(luò)在植物（根的）形態(tài)形成與植物發(fā)育過程中的重要作用。 3. 創(chuàng)建了在特定的植物細胞中誘導(dǎo)產(chǎn)生植物生長素的系統(tǒng)，并以此在 擬南芥的根尖展示了一個 生長素運輸?shù)幕亓鳝h(huán)的存在。 4. 采用激光消除特異 擬南芥根 細胞的方法，研究了生長素及其運輸以及已知的與根的形態(tài)形成有關(guān)的重要基因在根的干細胞形成和根的再生中的作用，首次闡明了一個植物再生的分子框架，并對植物干細胞的研究提供了前瞻性的認識。

Research Interests:
My research interests lie in the understanding of how a multicellular organism can grow and develop from a single cell and how the appropriate cell types are specified in the right place in an organism. I aim to gain a deep insight into the basic principles of cell polarity and pattern formation during plant development, using root systems of two model plants: the eudicot plant (Arabidopsis) and the monocot crop (Rice).
