主要成就
主要從事微生物技術(shù)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用方面的研究。作為主要貢獻(xiàn)人參與了農(nóng)藥殘留微生物降解技術(shù)的研發(fā),建立了國(guó)內(nèi)最大的農(nóng)藥殘留降解微生物菌種資源庫(kù),提出了農(nóng)藥殘留微生物降解田間應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并在水稻、蔬菜和茶葉等農(nóng)作物上進(jìn)行了大規(guī)模的試驗(yàn)示范,項(xiàng)目獲得2005年度國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)。近年來(lái)開(kāi)展了新型糖苷水解酶資源開(kāi)發(fā)以及生防菌粘細(xì)菌在植物病害防治方面的研究和應(yīng)用等工作,尤其是生防粘細(xì)菌EGB在枯萎病和稻瘟病防治方面取得了良好的研究成果。先后主持完成國(guó)家“863”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。2005-2007年在日本京都大學(xué)進(jìn)行了蛋白質(zhì)晶體結(jié)構(gòu)解析方面的研究工作,熟悉蛋白質(zhì)晶體培養(yǎng)、X-衍射數(shù)據(jù)分析析,解析了海藻糖降解途徑中的鼠李糖苷酶的結(jié)構(gòu)。發(fā)表論文100余篇,其中在Appl. Environ. Microbiol.,Appl Microbiol Biotech.,Biol Control等雜志上發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇。
