人物介紹
任中科院水生所底棲生物與泛濫平原生態(tài)學(xué)科組組長(zhǎng)，湖北省海洋湖沼學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)，國(guó)際湖沼學(xué)會(huì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家委員會(huì)委員，SCI刊物L(fēng)imnology編委。研究方向?yàn)闊o(wú)脊椎動(dòng)物學(xué)和河流－泛濫平原生態(tài)學(xué)。
1984年畢業(yè)于襄樊市第四中學(xué)(二班)。1986年畢業(yè)于湛江水產(chǎn)學(xué)院淡水漁業(yè)專業(yè)，同年分配到湖北省水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究所工作。1989年考取中國(guó)科學(xué)院水生生物研究所梁彥齡研究員的碩士研究生，1992年轉(zhuǎn)為劉建康院士和梁彥齡研究員的博士研究生。1995年獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位，同年留所工作。1992-1993年參加中國(guó)第九次南極考察隊(duì)。2000-2001年赴瑞典自然歷史博物館合作研究。曾任第12屆國(guó)際河流與湖泊環(huán)境會(huì)議(2004)組委會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)、第10屆國(guó)際水棲寡毛類學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議(2006) 召集人。應(yīng)邀為國(guó)際刊物Science of the Total Environment和Aquaculture審稿。曾經(jīng)或正在主持多項(xiàng)中科院課題和國(guó)家項(xiàng)目，包括中科院課題3項(xiàng)、國(guó)家基金面上項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)。
學(xué)術(shù)成就
記述內(nèi)陸和海洋寡毛類新種41種以及淡水紐蟲1新屬新種；對(duì)線蚓科有突出研究，記錄9屬近30種，改變了中國(guó)線蚓種類貧乏的觀點(diǎn)；在世界范圍內(nèi)對(duì)海洋膨管蚓屬（Doliodrilus）進(jìn)行分類整理與系統(tǒng)發(fā)育研究；揭示淡水小蚓類分布與地史的聯(lián)系，證明中國(guó)區(qū)系總體上有全北區(qū)特性。全面研究淺水湖泊大型底棲動(dòng)物群落的生態(tài)能量學(xué)，并構(gòu)建了底棲動(dòng)物群落定量食物網(wǎng)。率先在我國(guó)開展預(yù)測(cè)湖沼學(xué)研究，提出關(guān)鍵期模型(Key-time Model)新概念，建立了沉水植物模型以及河蟹最大產(chǎn)量和最適放養(yǎng)量模型，否定了根據(jù)氮磷比指數(shù)判別藻類群落氮限制或磷限制的傳統(tǒng)觀點(diǎn)，證明了濾食性魚類不能控制湖泊浮游藻類的總量，確定了湖泊清水穩(wěn)態(tài)和濁水穩(wěn)態(tài)相互轉(zhuǎn)換的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)因子及其作用閾值。系統(tǒng)闡明了江湖阻隔的生態(tài)學(xué)效應(yīng)，初步提出了長(zhǎng)江泛濫平原生物多樣性保護(hù)的戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策。2009年3月，提交的建議“藍(lán)藻水華治理應(yīng)放寬控氮、集中控磷，以大幅度降低污水處理成本”得到國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人批示。
獲獎(jiǎng)情況
1) 1995年獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)，1999年獲首屆全國(guó)優(yōu)秀博士論文獎(jiǎng)。
2) 2001年，獲湖北省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)（排名第六）。成果名稱：湖群規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖技術(shù)；
3) 2005年，獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(排名第四)。成果名稱：長(zhǎng)江中下游湖群漁業(yè)資源調(diào)控及高效優(yōu)質(zhì)模式；
4) 2005年入選《武漢科技新秀》。
