研究概述
主要以擬南芥和番茄為研究對(duì)象,綜合遺傳學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和基因組學(xué)等方法探索:1) 植物小非編碼RNA的加工和作用機(jī)制,主要聚焦于miRNA加工復(fù)合物的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)控機(jī)理以及環(huán)形RNA的產(chǎn)生和降解; 2)植物精細(xì)胞發(fā)育和父本表觀遺傳信息重編程過(guò)程中的表觀遺傳調(diào)控機(jī)制,側(cè)重于精細(xì)胞中小非編碼RNA的功能研究。
