研究方向
圍繞國家和企業(yè)需求,承擔(dān)科技攻關(guān)和基礎(chǔ)研究項目,在生物化學(xué)前沿領(lǐng)域開展研究工作:具體為基礎(chǔ)代謝調(diào)控、合成生物學(xué)、高效分離和功能材料及智慧化工等。
1、基礎(chǔ)代謝調(diào)控、生物質(zhì)高效利用及合成生物學(xué)
Fundamental metabolic regulation, Biomass utilization,synthetic biology
計算機(jī)模擬技術(shù)和濕實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合構(gòu)建新代謝途徑的合成生物學(xué)研究;三羧酸代謝、脂肪酸代謝及氨基酸代謝機(jī)制及調(diào)控;利用合成生物學(xué)策略生產(chǎn)高分子材料、天然產(chǎn)物、原料藥、藥物中間體及研究其在醫(yī)學(xué)抗腫瘤中的作用;纖維素在離子液體綠色溶劑中的溶解機(jī)制和過程強(qiáng)化。
2、高效分離純化及功能材料
High efficient separation and purification, functional materials
利用膜分離、層析分離、親和色譜等技術(shù),開展天然產(chǎn)物、貴金屬鉑銠合金等的分離工藝及作用機(jī)制研究;研究工業(yè)廢棄物如鐵鉻渣用于水泥添加劑,鉑銠基測溫用熱電偶、熱電阻回收提取高純鉑銠。

學(xué)術(shù)成就
主持研究國家自然科學(xué)基金1項,重慶市自然科學(xué)基金2項,南京工業(yè)大學(xué)材料工程國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放基金1項。作為主要研究人員參與國家973,863及中科院知識創(chuàng)新工程,在本領(lǐng)域重點(diǎn)期刊包括Enzyme and Microbial Technology,Biotechnology and Bioengineering, BioresourceTechnology,BiochemicalJournal,Applied and MicrobiolBiotechnology等發(fā)表論文30余篇,其中被SCI收錄30篇,發(fā)表會議論文8篇,他引245次,申請發(fā)明專利5項,美國專利兩項,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利兩項。是國際期刊Enzymeand MicrobialTechnology,Applied and Mic -robiolBiotechnology, Bioresources等雜志審稿人,國家自然科學(xué)基金函評專家。2017年6月12日,王丹副教授科研團(tuán)隊發(fā)表在Bioresource Technology期刊(SCI 1區(qū),影響因子5.651)上的研究論文The enhancement of the hydrolysis of bamboo biomass in ionic liquid with chitosan-based solid acid catalysts immobilized with metal ions被“可再生能源全球創(chuàng)新”網(wǎng)站(Renewable Energy Global Innovations)作為Bioenergy進(jìn)行了特別報道。
