研究興趣包括表觀(guān)遺傳學(xué),基因組學(xué)和發(fā)育生物學(xué)。同時(shí)利用分子生物學(xué)、發(fā)育生物學(xué)和計(jì)算生物學(xué)的方法,采用干濕實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的方式,研究干細(xì)胞分化和個(gè)體發(fā)育以及人類(lèi)疾病中的表觀(guān)遺傳調(diào)控機(jī)制。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室將致力于:(1)動(dòng)物胚胎早期發(fā)育過(guò)程中的表觀(guān)遺傳調(diào)控;(2)干細(xì)胞分化過(guò)程中的表觀(guān)遺傳調(diào)控;(3)調(diào)控序列如啟動(dòng)子、增強(qiáng)子、絕緣子以及三維基因組在發(fā)育和細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定過(guò)程中的功能;(4)表觀(guān)遺傳相關(guān)人類(lèi)疾病的調(diào)控機(jī)理。
