曹長(zhǎng)群博士,湖北潛江人。
1999年,中國(guó)科學(xué)院南京地質(zhì)古生物研究所獲得博士學(xué)位;2000年,中國(guó)科學(xué)院南京地質(zhì)古生物研究所,副研究員;2004年,中國(guó)科學(xué)院南京地質(zhì)古生物研究所,研究員。2003年至2005年,美國(guó)麻省理工學(xué)院地球生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,博士后流動(dòng)站工作。現(xiàn)在中國(guó)科學(xué)院南京地質(zhì)古生物研究所/現(xiàn)代古生物學(xué)和地層學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作,研究員。
研究方向
主要研究二疊紀(jì)末期生物滅絕事件的碳同位素地球化學(xué)背景和生物標(biāo)記化合物等有機(jī)地球化學(xué)指標(biāo),F(xiàn)在嘗試開展地史時(shí)期重大地質(zhì)生物事件和環(huán)境異常的古微生物生態(tài)學(xué)研究。2005年,通過煤山二疊系-三疊系界線附近巖芯樣品的生物標(biāo)記化合物的研究,對(duì)二疊紀(jì)-三疊紀(jì)過渡期海洋光合作用帶硫化氫富集水體與二疊紀(jì)末期生物滅絕事件的關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行了探討。2008年,利用有機(jī)碳同位素等地球化學(xué)指標(biāo),開展我國(guó)新疆老龍口陸相二疊系-三疊系界線環(huán)境異常的研究,對(duì)海、陸相二疊系-三疊系的界線對(duì)比進(jìn)行嘗試。2003年至2008年,一直集中于煤山二疊紀(jì)長(zhǎng)興期至早三疊世的巖芯樣品進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)尺度的生物標(biāo)記化合物指標(biāo)的研究,提出二疊紀(jì)末期生物滅絕事件之前的2Ma內(nèi)的長(zhǎng)興期為靜滯缺氧海洋的觀點(diǎn),初步認(rèn)為二疊紀(jì)末期生物滅絕事件是長(zhǎng)期的環(huán)境惡化的結(jié)果。
