從2006年擔(dān)任黨支部書記以來，協(xié)助院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)順利完成各項教學(xué)和組織學(xué)習(xí)等工作，特別是2011年開始，積極申報濟(jì)南大學(xué)基層黨支部活動創(chuàng)新項目，以“構(gòu)建基層黨組織長效活動機(jī)制，關(guān)愛貧困山區(qū)弱勢群體”為主題，2011年10月和2013年4月兩次申報成功，我們分別開展了給貧困山區(qū)孩子捐書和到敬老院捐糧油等獻(xiàn)愛心互動，我們支部連續(xù)三年被評為優(yōu)秀黨支部。

從2001年9月至今，擔(dān)任班主任工作13年以來，熱愛學(xué)生，盡心盡職，在教書的同時完成育人的心愿，共帶出三屆畢業(yè)生，四個班，現(xiàn)為金融數(shù)學(xué)1303和1304的班主任。分別于2004年12月、 2006年12月和2013年12月，被評為濟(jì)南大學(xué)優(yōu)秀班主任。
