工作簡(jiǎn)介
1.肉品評(píng)定及質(zhì)量控制:肉羊屠宰技術(shù)、肉品評(píng)定、羊肉質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)、羊肉新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、羊肉保藏及包裝技術(shù)及質(zhì)量控制等(已系統(tǒng)研究南江黃羊、波爾山羊、蘇尼特羊、敖漢細(xì)毛羊、灘羊等綿山羊品種肉品質(zhì),已獲國(guó)內(nèi)授權(quán)專利1項(xiàng),在審專利1項(xiàng));
2.羊的營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼料:羊常用飼料營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值評(píng)定、不同品系種羊和商品育肥肉羊系列化配方研究、種羊和商品肉羊綜合配套技術(shù)組裝和集成、羊營(yíng)養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)模化飼養(yǎng)綜合配套技術(shù)研究;
3.動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與動(dòng)物繁殖學(xué)交叉學(xué)科:提高羊繁殖性能的營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)控技術(shù),不同營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平與胚胎質(zhì)量關(guān)系等,重點(diǎn)是VE的營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)控及分子機(jī)理(已獲1項(xiàng)國(guó)內(nèi)授權(quán)專利);
4.分子生物學(xué):動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)分子生物學(xué)等(主要是肉質(zhì)形成及調(diào)控的分子機(jī)理);卵母細(xì)胞體外成熟、胚胎體外早期發(fā)育以及VEGF的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)等(已獲1項(xiàng)國(guó)際授權(quán)專利)。

研究方向
羊營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼料、肉品評(píng)定及質(zhì)量控制、羊營(yíng)養(yǎng)與動(dòng)物繁殖交叉學(xué)科、分子生物學(xué)。
科研情況
現(xiàn)為農(nóng)業(yè)部肉羊產(chǎn)業(yè)體系崗位科學(xué)家。20多年來(lái),一直以綿山羊?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,從事相關(guān)教科研工作,主持或參加完成省部級(jí)、國(guó)家級(jí)課題10余項(xiàng)。獲得國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)等科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)6項(xiàng)。先后數(shù)十次參加國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議及國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議,做大會(huì)發(fā)言,6次獲學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議優(yōu)秀論文。擁有1項(xiàng)國(guó)際授權(quán)專利、2項(xiàng)中國(guó)授權(quán)專利和2項(xiàng)申請(qǐng)專利。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),并為產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家“863”項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家科技支撐項(xiàng)目、北京市重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等課題的主要完成人。已培養(yǎng)20余名博士碩士研究生。
