1.肉品評定及質(zhì)量控制：肉羊屠宰技術(shù)、肉品評定、羊肉質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)、羊肉新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、羊肉保藏及包裝技術(shù)及質(zhì)量控制等（已系統(tǒng)研究南江黃羊、波爾山羊、蘇尼特羊、敖漢細毛羊、灘羊等綿山羊品種肉品質(zhì)，已獲國內(nèi)授權(quán)專利1項，在審專利1項）；

2.羊的營養(yǎng)與飼料：羊常用飼料營養(yǎng)價值評定、不同品系種羊和商品育肥肉羊系列化配方研究、種羊和商品肉羊綜合配套技術(shù)組裝和集成、羊營養(yǎng)標準及規(guī)�；�飼養(yǎng)綜合配套技術(shù)研究；

3.動物營養(yǎng)與動物繁殖學交叉學科：提高羊繁殖性能的營養(yǎng)調(diào)控技術(shù)，不同營養(yǎng)水平與胚胎質(zhì)量關(guān)系等，重點是VE的營養(yǎng)調(diào)控及分子機理（已獲1項國內(nèi)授權(quán)專利）;

4.分子生物學：動物營養(yǎng)分子生物學等（主要是肉質(zhì)形成及調(diào)控的分子機理）；卵母細胞體外成熟、胚胎體外早期發(fā)育以及VEGF的信號轉(zhuǎn)導等（已獲1項國際授權(quán)專利）。

現(xiàn)為農(nóng)業(yè)部肉羊產(chǎn)業(yè)體系崗位科學家。20多年來，一直以綿山羊為研究對象，從事相關(guān)教科研工作，主持或參加完成省部級、國家級課題10余項。獲得國家級、省部級等科研獎勵6項。先后數(shù)十次參加國際學術(shù)會議及國內(nèi)學術(shù)會議，做大會發(fā)言，6次獲學術(shù)會議優(yōu)秀論文。擁有1項國際授權(quán)專利、2項中國授權(quán)專利和2項申請專利。主持國家自然科學基金項目3項，并為產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范項目、國家“863”項目、國家科技支撐項目、北京市重點項目等課題的主要完成人。已培養(yǎng)20余名博士碩士研究生。
