以我國(guó)西部，特別是青藏高原特有種和瀕危物種為研究對(duì)象，應(yīng)用二代測(cè)序的基因組和轉(zhuǎn)錄組數(shù)據(jù)，研究物種的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育、適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化、種群歷史和瀕危機(jī)制等問(wèn)題。 目前主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有：
