所主持的遼寧省科技廳項目“基因工程關(guān)鍵技術(shù)”和大連市科技局項目“無載體、無標(biāo)記基因植物轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)”于2004年4月6日通過了遼寧省科技廳科技成果驗收和大連市科技局科技成果鑒定，達(dá)到了國際先進(jìn)水平。

2004年安利佳教授率領(lǐng)的課題組被學(xué)校評為大連理工大學(xué)科研創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊。
