研究納米材料與照明/顯示器件,從事納米材料裝備及材料制備工藝的研究與生產(chǎn)。目前承擔(dān)上海市科委半導(dǎo)體專項項目和國家自然金青年基金,曾參與國家火炬計劃、國家創(chuàng)新基金項目、半導(dǎo)體科技攻關(guān)項目、納米專項等多個科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)化項目,申請9項相關(guān)專利,并獲得2項發(fā)明專利證書,在國內(nèi)外刊物及會議上共發(fā)表論文27篇,曾參加了ADu201807國際會議和IEEE-NEC國際會議的組織工作。曾獲得上海市科技進(jìn)步三等獎、上海“陳嘉庚青少年發(fā)明獎”、“挑戰(zhàn)杯”飛利浦中國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)計劃競賽銀獎等多個獎項。近期代表性論文:1.Zhejuan Zhang, Yan Zheng, Pingang He, et al.
