2000年于福建醫(yī)科大學預防醫(yī)學專業(yè)獲醫(yī)學學士學位、2003年于福建醫(yī)科大學流行病與衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計學專業(yè)獲醫(yī)學碩士學位、2006年于四川大學華西公共衛(wèi)生學院勞動衛(wèi)生與環(huán)境衛(wèi)生學專業(yè)獲醫(yī)學博士學位。2009年1月至2010年1月受聘為香港中文大學公共衛(wèi)生與基層醫(yī)療學院副研究員，2010年入選“福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育計劃”，2012年度入選福建省高等學校新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃，2014年入選福建省衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)中青年骨干人才培養(yǎng)重點項目計劃，2014年7月赴哈佛醫(yī)學院布萊根婦女醫(yī)院血管醫(yī)學研究中心進行為期兩個月的訪學研修，同年破格晉升為教授�，F(xiàn)任福建醫(yī)科大學公共衛(wèi)生學院流行病與衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計學系副主任、環(huán)境與健康研究所亞健康研究室副主任。一直從事慢性非傳染性疾病流行病學及慢性病表觀遺傳學研究的科研工作。正在和曾主持10余項科研課題研究（國家自然基金青年基金1項、福建省衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)中青年骨干人才培養(yǎng)重點項目1項、福建省高校新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃1項、福建省高校杰出青年科研人才計劃1項、福建省青年人才基金1項、福建省自然科學基金項目1項等），公開發(fā)表論文70余篇，其中SCI論文24篇（第一和通訊作者論著13篇，其中3篇發(fā)表于專業(yè)期刊IF排名前10%雜志）。主編《公共衛(wèi)生導論》（49.7萬字，第二主編）。現(xiàn)為中華預防醫(yī)學會勞動衛(wèi)生與職業(yè)病分會職業(yè)心理與緊張學組委員會委員、中華醫(yī)學會臨床流行病學分會委員、福建省預防醫(yī)學會慢性病預防與控制委員會委員、福建省預防醫(yī)學會衛(wèi)生學專業(yè)委員會常務(wù)委員。

面向本科生主講《衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計學》和《醫(yī)學統(tǒng)計學》；面向研究生主講《醫(yī)學統(tǒng)計學》、《Medical Statistics》（海外全英語）、《科研項目設(shè)計與申報》和《分子生物資料統(tǒng)計分析與軟件應(yīng)用》等課程。為本科生《醫(yī)學統(tǒng)計學》的課程負責人。

獲得2015年軍隊科技進步三等獎（排名第二）,獲得2014年福建省第七屆高等教育教學成果獎省教學成果獎二等獎（2014194，排名第三），獲得2013年中華預防醫(yī)學勞動衛(wèi)生與職業(yè)病分會“優(yōu)秀論文獎”（通訊作者），獲得2013年福建醫(yī)科大學教學成果獎一等獎（排名第三）等。
