人物經(jīng)歷
1998年獲湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝系學(xué)士學(xué)位，2002 年獲湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)蔬菜學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。2007年獲湖南大學(xué)分析化學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2007 年3 月在湖南大學(xué)生物學(xué)院工作，為校“985 工程”植物分子生物學(xué)科技創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)團(tuán)隊(duì)的骨干人員。
主講課程
主要承擔(dān)本科的《生物化學(xué)》、《植物分子生物學(xué)》、《生物化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》、《生物技術(shù)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)》等專(zhuān)業(yè)課程及實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)。
研究方向
(1) 光調(diào)控植物光形態(tài)建成的分子機(jī)理
主要以擬南芥為材料，研究光對(duì)赤霉素代謝和信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)的調(diào)控及其調(diào)控植物光形態(tài)建成的分子機(jī)理。
(2) 油菜功能基因組學(xué)研究
主要通過(guò)構(gòu)建油菜突變體庫(kù)，篩選高產(chǎn)、高含油量、早開(kāi)花、抗逆等油菜重要農(nóng)藝性狀突變體，克隆重要農(nóng)藝性狀相關(guān)基因，并研究其功能。
主要貢獻(xiàn)
已在《Plant Physiology》等知名學(xué)術(shù)刊物上共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文20余篇，作為主要人員申請(qǐng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利2項(xiàng)。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)，作為主要人員參加國(guó)家級(jí)、部省級(jí)科研課題多項(xiàng)。
系統(tǒng)研究了植物藍(lán)光受體控制光形態(tài)建成的分子機(jī)制之一，發(fā)現(xiàn)藍(lán)光受體對(duì)三個(gè)主要赤霉素合成途徑關(guān)鍵酶GA2ox1，GA20ox1，GA3ox1的調(diào)控作用，填補(bǔ)了植物藍(lán)光受體及光形態(tài)建成分子機(jī)制途徑的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。
