人物經(jīng)歷
1969年畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)生物學(xué)系,1971-1981于軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院從事微生物學(xué)研究,1981-1991于解放軍總醫(yī)院從事免疫學(xué)研究,1985-1987美國(guó)費(fèi)城WISTAR研究所訪問學(xué)者進(jìn)行微生物的分子生物學(xué)研究。1991-至今,復(fù)旦大學(xué)遺傳學(xué)研究所,從事微生物免疫與遺傳工程研究。教授(博導(dǎo)),復(fù)旦大學(xué)遺傳所常務(wù)副所長(zhǎng),遺傳學(xué)科“211工程”設(shè)備管理組組長(zhǎng),生命學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員。兼任上海市免疫學(xué)會(huì)理事,國(guó)外醫(yī)學(xué)《微生物學(xué)》分冊(cè)副主編,《微生物與感染》雜志副主編。
研究方向
分子免疫學(xué)與遺傳工程;結(jié)核病防治基礎(chǔ)研究。
主要貢獻(xiàn)
發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文120篇,其中SCI論文47篇。申請(qǐng)專利8項(xiàng)。培養(yǎng)碩士生、博士生、博士后20多人。主要從事結(jié)核病防治的基礎(chǔ)研究,先后承擔(dān)國(guó)家863、973、十五攻關(guān)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、上海市科委基金等10個(gè)科研項(xiàng)目。2005-2006年發(fā)表關(guān)于結(jié)核研究的學(xué)術(shù)論文在國(guó)內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先水平。
參與的軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科研“xxx 裝置的研制”、“狂犬病毒結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白抗原決定簇的篩選及其化學(xué)合成多肽疫苗的研究”、“基因工程實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)”、酵母表達(dá)人a 干擾素的研究和開發(fā)、“免疫學(xué)導(dǎo)論”。代表性論文和專著如下。
