    研究方向

    一直從事低維半導(dǎo)體介觀體系中電子輸運(yùn)性質(zhì)方面的研究。一方面,系統(tǒng)地研究了耦合量子點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的電子及自旋輸運(yùn)特性以及由其調(diào)控的熱電和熱自旋效應(yīng)。通過討論耦合量子點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)中由幾何結(jié)構(gòu)和各種參數(shù)(如:量子點(diǎn)的能級、點(diǎn)間耦合、外加電磁場等)調(diào)制的量子干涉和電子關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng),全面描述一些典型量子點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的電子輸運(yùn)性質(zhì),并分析了Fano效應(yīng)、Kondo效應(yīng)以及Josephson效應(yīng)等量子輸運(yùn)現(xiàn)象的表現(xiàn)規(guī)律。另一方面,關(guān)注一些新型材料的電子結(jié)構(gòu)和電子輸運(yùn)特性,如石墨烯、WoS2等材料,研究了此類材料中尺寸、缺陷、雜質(zhì)以及無序等機(jī)制對電子結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,為新材料在器件應(yīng)用上提供幫助。關(guān)注拓?fù)涑瑢?dǎo)體中由Majorana束縛態(tài)誘導(dǎo)的量子輸運(yùn)特性,并通過在不同幾何構(gòu)型量子點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的末端耦合Majorana零模式來考察該結(jié)構(gòu)中的電子輸運(yùn)性質(zhì),為Majorana束縛態(tài)的探測提供了新思路。

    在國內(nèi)外主要學(xué)術(shù)刊物上已發(fā)表被SCI收錄論文80余篇,包括Phys.Rev.B, Appl.Phys.Lett., J. Appl.Phys., EPL等雜志。
