2000年6月-2001年6月,香港科技大學(xué)博士后;2003年7月-2004年12月,美國夏威夷大學(xué)訪問科學(xué)家。

近5年來完成或承擔(dān)了包括國家863項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金等在內(nèi)的國家、省部級項(xiàng)目11項(xiàng)。發(fā)表SCI收錄論文102篇,其中第一作者/責(zé)任作者SCI論文43篇;出版相關(guān)著作4部;獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利45項(xiàng),申請發(fā)明專利52項(xiàng);獲得6項(xiàng)國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)和省部級獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。獲江蘇省教學(xué)成果特等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、國家教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。擔(dān)任國家精品課程“生化工程”的負(fù)責(zé)人。09年入選新世紀(jì)百千萬人才工程國家級人選、獲全國優(yōu)秀教師稱號。擔(dān)任Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture副主編。
