人物經(jīng)歷
1996年畢業(yè)于中科院安徽光機(jī)所，獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，留所從事紅外非線性晶體研究工作。
2000年至2001年在加拿大滑鐵盧大學(xué)從事訪問(wèn)學(xué)者研究。
2005年畢業(yè)于中科院研究生院，獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
2002年4月任中科院合肥研究院研究生部副主任，
2009年5月任研究生部主任，
2014年9月當(dāng)選中科院合肥研究院黨委委員，
2014年12月任中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)研究生院科學(xué)島分院常務(wù)副院長(zhǎng)，
2015年3月任中科院合肥研究院人事教育處處長(zhǎng)、人才辦主任，
2018年6月任中科院合肥研究院院長(zhǎng)助理、兼人事教育處處長(zhǎng)、人才辦主任，
2019年10月起任中科院合肥研究院副院長(zhǎng)，兼中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)。
科研項(xiàng)目
從事紅外非線性晶體材料制備及光學(xué)性能研究工作，先后負(fù)責(zé)中國(guó)科學(xué)院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新工程重要方向性項(xiàng)目、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)預(yù)研項(xiàng)目、重點(diǎn)基金和共性技術(shù)等多項(xiàng)國(guó)家科研任務(wù)，研制出AgGaS2，AgGaSe2，AgGa1-xInxSe2， AgGaGeS4，ZnGeP2，CdSe等系列中長(zhǎng)波紅外非線性晶體，研制的晶體在光學(xué)均勻性、近紅外吸收等方面處于國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平。在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文50余篇。
