    個人履歷

    1996~2000年為副教授,2001年為教授,2002年為博導,其中,1998~2000年分別在德國慕尼黑大學生物系、日本東北大學藥學部、美國哈佛大學醫(yī)學院生化與分子藥學系作訪問學者。1999年任生化系系主任。主要從事蛋白質電子傳遞、界面行為及其與生物小分子、納米材料相互作用的研究。2008~2011年任上海大學生命科學學院院長。兼任中國生物化學與分子生物學會蛋白質專業(yè)委員會常務委員、副秘書長,中國儀器儀表學會化學傳感器專業(yè)委員會委員。

    2009年獲得“國家杰出青年科學基金”?蒲谐晒暗鞍踪|和酶的電荷傳遞及界面行為與電化學分析法的研究”在1999年1月獲教育部科技進步三等獎。

    研究方向

    本小組主要是采用電化學方法,并結合其他一些生物學、化學手段,通過對電極表面進行功能修飾,對蛋白質等生物大分子進行分子改造,以研究生物分子的電子傳遞和界面行為,并對分子識別機制、信號傳遞過程、生物傳感技術、信息分子功能等熱點問題進行探討,對蛋白質功能和結構研究的新途徑進行探索,建立生物分子測定的新方法、新技術,發(fā)展新型生物傳感器件,以期對單分子、單細胞和生物活體進行實時、無創(chuàng)傷研究。

    近期正致力于以下方面課題的研究:

    1. 蛋白質的電子傳遞、電化學及界面行為。

    2.蛋白質功能與結構的電化學研究。

    3.納米生物學。

    4.分子識別、組裝及相互作用。

    5.新型第三代生物傳感器的研制。

    6.生物信號分子研究及相關信號傳導機制探索。
