生平經(jīng)歷
1996年畢業(yè)于南開(kāi)大學(xué)化學(xué)系，1999年獲中科院上海藥物研究所有機(jī)化學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，2003年獲中科院上海植物生理生態(tài)研究所植物分子遺傳學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003年11月至2006年12月，在美國(guó)University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) 進(jìn)行博士后研究工作（植物揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)代謝）。2006年底－2009年5月，在美國(guó) Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation 繼續(xù)從事植物次生代謝研究（以植物腺體腺毛為研究材料）。2009年六月，入選中國(guó)科學(xué)院“百人計(jì)劃”，中科院遺傳發(fā)育所研究員。
科研項(xiàng)目
1、擬南芥中NAD補(bǔ)償途徑（salvage pathway）研究。目前該研究集中于在分子水平上對(duì)NAD補(bǔ)償途徑中尼古丁酸（nicotinic acid）和尼古丁酰胺（nicotinamide）的代謝合成及其體內(nèi)生理功能研究。
2、植物次生代謝反應(yīng)器-腺毛（glandular trichome）的基因組學(xué)，代謝組學(xué)分析及其次生代謝物合成途徑研究。目前該研究集中于啤酒花(Humulus lupulus)腺體腺毛中苦味酸代謝途徑和調(diào)控。
3、植物代謝組學(xué)技術(shù)平臺(tái)的建立。以GC-MS和LC-MS/MS為分析平臺(tái)，以植物和相應(yīng)突變?nèi)后w為分析材料，通過(guò)高通量數(shù)據(jù)分析，尋找和解析植物未知代謝途徑。
