生平經(jīng)歷
1996年畢業(yè)于南開(kāi)大學(xué)化學(xué)系,1999年獲中科院上海藥物研究所有機(jī)化學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2003年獲中科院上海植物生理生態(tài)研究所植物分子遺傳學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003年11月至2006年12月,在美國(guó)University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) 進(jìn)行博士后研究工作(植物揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)代謝)。2006年底-2009年5月,在美國(guó) Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation 繼續(xù)從事植物次生代謝研究(以植物腺體腺毛為研究材料)。2009年六月,入選中國(guó)科學(xué)院“百人計(jì)劃”,中科院遺傳發(fā)育所研究員。
科研項(xiàng)目
1、擬南芥中NAD補(bǔ)償途徑(salvage pathway)研究。目前該研究集中于在分子水平上對(duì)NAD補(bǔ)償途徑中尼古丁酸(nicotinic acid)和尼古丁酰胺(nicotinamide)的代謝合成及其體內(nèi)生理功能研究。
2、植物次生代謝反應(yīng)器-腺毛(glandular trichome)的基因組學(xué),代謝組學(xué)分析及其次生代謝物合成途徑研究。目前該研究集中于啤酒花(Humulus lupulus)腺體腺毛中苦味酸代謝途徑和調(diào)控。
3、植物代謝組學(xué)技術(shù)平臺(tái)的建立。以GC-MS和LC-MS/MS為分析平臺(tái),以植物和相應(yīng)突變?nèi)后w為分析材料,通過(guò)高通量數(shù)據(jù)分析,尋找和解析植物未知代謝途徑。
