研究方向
長(zhǎng)期從事有關(guān)白血病發(fā)病及治療分子機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)研究,參加了血研所一系列重大的科研項(xiàng)目,在維甲酸誘導(dǎo)分化治療APL的基礎(chǔ)理論研究方面取得了可喜的成績(jī)。他主要針對(duì)髓系白血病細(xì)胞分化和凋亡過程中的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑以及相關(guān)基因的功能進(jìn)行深入研究,曾在國(guó)際上率先報(bào)道了環(huán)腺苷酸具有參與介導(dǎo)As2O3誘導(dǎo)分化APL細(xì)胞的功能,為闡明As2O3誘導(dǎo)緩解治療APL的作用機(jī)制提供了依據(jù)。這些年來,童建華先后承擔(dān)了多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和國(guó)家科技部863計(jì)劃,并先后獲得了上海市科委啟明星計(jì)劃和上海市教委曙光計(jì)劃的資助。
