主要研究領域與方向
實驗室主要開展與人類疾病和重大生命過程密切相關的非編碼RNA的結構生物學研究,主要利用小角X射線散射(SAXS)、核磁共振(NMR)、X射線晶體學技術,并結合其它生物物理學、生物化學、計算生物學和分子生物學的方法與手段,研究與病毒、癌癥、神經(jīng)退行性疾病密切相關的非編碼RNA的結構與功能,及其與其它生物大分子包括蛋白質、DNA、 RNA的相互作用;同時發(fā)展基于小角X射線散射技術和其它生物物理手段聯(lián)用的整合結構生物學(Integrated Structural Biology)新方法。
