1990 年畢業(yè)于上海醫(yī)科大學(xué)；

1995 年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海藥物研究所獲博士學(xué)位，留所任助理研究員；

1996 年赴日本九州大學(xué)藥學(xué)部生藥學(xué)教室進(jìn)行博士后工作；

1998 年回所工作，期間曾赴美國(guó)加州大學(xué)圣地亞哥分校 Scripps 海洋學(xué)研究所訪(fǎng)問(wèn)研究。

中科院上海藥物所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師、研究組長(zhǎng)。

以產(chǎn)業(yè)化為目標(biāo)，以天然藥用資源的水溶性成分研究為基礎(chǔ)，探索中藥的作用機(jī)理和物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，尋找和發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)新穎的天然活性化合物及先導(dǎo)化合物，并在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)展新藥創(chuàng)制和中藥現(xiàn)代化的研究。

承擔(dān)“重大新藥創(chuàng)制”國(guó)家科技重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)，上海市重大產(chǎn)業(yè)科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)課題。

2011年獲國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)2011年獲中國(guó)藥學(xué)發(fā)展獎(jiǎng)杰出青年學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)2007年獲上海市技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)2006年獲中國(guó)國(guó)際工業(yè)博覽會(huì)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)2006年獲上海市科教黨委系統(tǒng)青年科技創(chuàng)新人才獎(jiǎng)2005年獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院先進(jìn)集體2004年獲上海藥學(xué)會(huì)藥學(xué)科技獎(jiǎng)2003年上�；瘜W(xué)化工學(xué)會(huì)吳蘊(yùn)初專(zhuān)項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)提名獎(jiǎng)2020年5月，入選2020年上海市全國(guó)勞動(dòng)模范和先進(jìn)工作者候選人。
