職業(yè)生涯
卡萊姆羅原居住在加拿大的彼得伯勒，后來搬到列治文山，并從麥肯齊中學高中畢業(yè)。他的職業(yè)生涯開始于搖滾樂隊，以及一些劇院的演出，后來他為英國天旅和P&O油輪公司的戲劇公司演出，是P&O史上最年輕的卡巴萊歌舞表演演員。來到英國后，他的第一個角色是查塔姆的舞劇《阿拉丁》中的同名主角。2001年他加入了《潘贊斯的海盜》的英國國內巡演，先是作為替補，后來扮演海盜王的角色。2002年卡萊姆羅加入了《日落大道》的國內巡演，扮演Artie Green和Joe Gillis。他在西區(qū)登臺的第一部劇目是《悲慘世界》，扮演Feuilly，同時也是Marius和Enjolras的替補演員。
此后，2003年卡萊姆羅得到了《歌劇魅影》中主角之一的Raoul de Chagny 子爵一角。他的最后一場日場的演出被拍攝下來，作為喬·舒馬赫的電影《歌劇魅影》DVD中的幕后花絮，同時他以克里斯汀的父親Gustave Daaé的龍?zhí)捉巧霈F(xiàn)在這部電影中。
同一時期，卡萊姆羅還出現(xiàn)在《悲慘世界》（扮演Marius）和《萬世巨星》（扮演Simon Zealotes），并參與了多部劇作。2004年卡萊姆羅回到《悲慘世界》扮演Enjolras一角。當年11月18日，他參加了溫莎城堡為紀念法國總統(tǒng)雅克·希拉克舉辦的《悲慘世界》音樂會，該音樂會的視頻片段，作為溫莎城堡紀錄片的幕后資料，在2005年的復活節(jié)播出。
2005年卡萊姆羅加入《西貢小姐》英國國內巡演，扮演Christopher Scott一角。從2007年9月起，他在西區(qū)版的《歌劇魅影》中扮演魅影，他是這部音樂劇21周年慶典上的魅影扮演者。他為這個角色帶來了全新的詮釋，注入了新的活力，得到這部劇的粉絲們的一致認可，并使他榮獲戲劇迷選擇獎最佳男主角提名。
卡萊姆羅還錄制有EP唱片Within the Six Square Inch（《六平方英尺以內》），與他二重唱的有Hadley Fraser和Sophia Ragavelas，二人和他一起出演過《悲慘世界》（分別扮演Marius 和 Eponine）。
2008年7月，他被邀參加塞德蒙頓節(jié)，是第一位在現(xiàn)場版《魅影：真愛不死》中扮演魅影的演員，而該劇是《歌劇魅影》的續(xù)集。他和Sierra Boggess一起出演續(xù)集的主角，該劇于2010年3月在英國倫敦首演。
2008年卡萊姆羅為CD唱片《Alexander S. Bermange音樂劇曲目第一輯》錄制了一首歌曲，這張匯集了26位西區(qū)明星的全新錄音的唱片，于2008年11月由Dress Circle唱片公司出版發(fā)行。2009年他應邀參與新的音樂劇專輯《藍鳥》的錄制，該劇作者為Gareth Peter Dicks�！端{鳥》描寫的是二戰(zhàn)時期的故事，他在其中扮演一名美國士兵Ben Breagan，與多位西區(qū)明星共同錄制了這張唱片，其中共收錄有24首曲子，于2009年9月14日發(fā)行。
此后他在安德魯·洛伊德·韋伯的續(xù)集《真愛不死》中繼續(xù)扮演魅影。
2010年10月3日，Ramin在倫敦The O2 Arena劇場舉辦的《悲慘世界》25周年紀念音樂會上扮演Enjolras。
2011年3月5日，《真愛不死》首演結束，新卡司上任，Ramin繼續(xù)留任The Phantom一角，與Celia Graham （飾演Christine）, David Thaxton （飾演Raoul） 等演員合作演出。2011年8月27日，Ramin在倫敦西區(qū)最后一場《真愛不死》的The Phantom任期結束。
2011年10月1日、2日，他在《歌劇魅影》25周年紀念音樂會（共三場）中扮演魅影。據(jù)The Stage雜志2011年5月刊采訪報道，這將是他在面具下面的最后一次表演。萊明·卡萊姆羅在他的樂隊Sheytoons中和Hadley Fraser一起進行歌曲創(chuàng)作。
2011年10中下旬，Ramin在英國舉辦個人演唱會，主題為《魅影之夜》（"A Night with the Phantom"），10月13日、22日、29日，依次在布里斯托、曼徹斯特、伯明翰、南安普頓舉行。
2011年11月至2012年3月，Ramin在倫敦西區(qū)音樂劇《悲慘世界》飾演主角冉阿讓。2013年1月27日，在百老匯《歌劇魅影》25周年，Ramin與John Owen-Jones（約翰·歐文-瓊斯）, Peter Joback （彼得約貝克）, Hugh Panaro （休·帕納羅） 和Sierra Boggess（席亞拉·波姬絲） 共同演唱歌劇魅影的主題曲和《夜之樂章》（The Music of the Night）.
2013年9月27日至2014年2月2日,Ramin在馬維殊制作公司 （Mirvish Production） 2013-2014演出季的劇目之一， 加拿大新版《悲慘世界》中飾演主角冉阿讓。這也是他首次回鄉(xiāng)上演音樂劇。
Ramin于2014年3月1日至2015年4月30日，在百老匯復排版《悲慘世界》中飾演冉阿讓，演員包括：Ramin Karimloo （Jean Valjean）, Will Swenson （Javert）, Caissie Levy （Fantine）, Andy Mientus （Marius）, Samantha Hill （Cosette）, Nikki M. James （Eponine）.
Ramin的新專The Road To Find Out - ’East’ 于2014年4月7日起接受預定。該專輯是The Road To Find Out系列的第一張（’East’, u2018Northu2019, u2018Southu2019 and u2018Westu2019）。專輯曲目包括 u2018Oh What A Beautiful Morningu2019 （Oklahoma!）, ’Empty Chairs at Empty Tablesu2019 （Les Miserables）, u2018Losingu2019 & u2018Brokenu2019.
2016年2月21日-22日，Ramin參加了于Lincoln Center 舉辦的音樂劇《秘密花園》（The Secret Garden）25周年音樂會，飾演Archibald。演出人員還有Sierra Boggess,Cheyenne Jackson, Daisy Eagan等人。
Ramin于2016年9月30日至12月3日在倫敦Arts Theatre上演的《謀殺歌謠》中扮演Tom，參演人員還有Norman Bowman（飾 Michael） ，Victoria Hamilton-Barritt（飾 Narrator） ，Kerry Ellis（飾 Sara）
2017年3月23日至12月3日,Ramin在百老匯Broadhurst Theatre上演的《真假公主》（Anastasia）中飾演General Gleb Vaganov。
2018年2月14日至2月18日,Ramin在Kennedy Center（肯尼迪中心）上演的《棋王》中飾演蘇聯(lián)棋王Anatoly Sergievsky
Ramin于2018年2月20日晚參加Manhattan Theater Productions在紐約Carnegie Hall舉辦的“百老匯經(jīng)典演唱會”，同時參加此活動的人有Sierra Boggess，Lea Salonga，Laura Osnes，Norm Lewis，Tony Yazbeck等。
2018年5月2日至6日，Ramin于韓國參加了安德魯·勞埃德·韋伯70周年音樂會及歌劇魅影音樂會（飾The Phantom），這也是他時隔多年再次扮演“魅影”這個角色。其中Anna O’byrne飾演克里斯汀，Michael Lee飾演子爵。
2018年7月4日-29日，Ramin（飾Che）主演的《貝隆夫人》（Evita）在日本東京Theatre Orb上演
2019年1月起，Ramin在英國廣播公司（BBC）的電視連續(xù)劇《霍爾比市》（Holby City）中飾演外科醫(yī)生Kian Madani。
2019年7月7日，Ramin有幸作為嘉賓，受邀參加芭芭拉·史翠珊在倫敦海德公園（Hyde Park）舉行的演唱會，演唱了音樂劇《真愛不死》（Love Never Dies）中的"Til’ I Hear You Sing"，并與史翠珊女士一同演唱了音樂劇《歌劇魅影》（The Phantom of the Opera）中的“The Music of the Night”。這場演唱會的特邀嘉賓還有Bryan Ferry、Kris Kristofferson、The Kingdom Choir以及Richard Marx。
2019年9月1日，Ramin參加了于倫敦卡多甘音樂廳舉行的音樂劇《日瓦戈醫(yī)生》（Doctor Zhivago）英國演唱會 ，他與Celinde Schoenmaker 分別在劇中飾演Yurii Andreyevish Zhivago和Lara Guishar。
2019年10月11日至14日，Ramin在日本東京萬世巨星（Jesus Christ Superstar）演唱會中飾演猶大（Judas），演出人員還有Declan Bennett、Joanna Ampil、Songha、Soma Suzuki等。
2020年1月25日至28日及2月1日至9日，Ramin在日本大阪及東京上演的音樂劇《棋王》（Chess）中飾演蘇聯(lián)棋王Anatoly Sergievsky。與Samantha Barks、Luke Walsh等人合作。
2020年4月4日，Ramin將在音樂劇《秘密花園》（The Secret Garden）音樂會版中飾演Archibald。演出人員還有Jac Yarrow及Lucie Jones等人。

昵稱
最開始在國內因為Ramin的發(fā)音接近拉面于是便有了拉面這個昵稱，后來mayue876覺得拉面顯得有些不尊重于是尊稱他為面爺。
另外據(jù)說有一次Ramin與其好友Sierra Boggess（真愛不死中Christine的扮演者）一起出去逛街然后路過一個日式面館，因為日文中拉面的發(fā)音和Ramin的發(fā)音相似于是Sierra就在推上說以后管Ramin叫noodles，于是這個名字就發(fā)揚光大了。
