研究方向
? 從事的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域?yàn)樯餆o機(jī)化學(xué)。研究興趣包括靶向性金屬抗腫瘤藥物的設(shè)計(jì)、抗腫瘤活性及機(jī)制研究。近兩年,以與腫瘤發(fā)生、發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵的蛋白分子為靶點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了系列的金屬配合物作為新穎的抑制劑,并研究了它們的抗腫瘤作用機(jī)制。主要研究的靶點(diǎn)包括組蛋白去乙;福℉istone deacetylases, HDACs)和細(xì)胞周期素依賴性激酶(Cyclin-dependent kinases, CDKs)等。
