人物經(jīng)歷
2006年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,多肽生物化學(xué)與藥物化學(xué)研究方向,獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2006-2010年,在中科院上海生命科學(xué)研究院神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所做博士后,離子通道結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究方向;2011年加入上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院研究團(tuán)隊(duì),任醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)研究院“蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究組”組長(zhǎng)。
研究方向
近年來一直從事蛋白質(zhì)/多肽的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能研究,擅長(zhǎng)利用化學(xué)生物學(xué)、生物物理、分子藥理、分子生物學(xué)、計(jì)算生物學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的技術(shù)研究蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的關(guān)系及其相關(guān)的分子發(fā)現(xiàn),取得了一系列較為重要的成果。
現(xiàn)階段的研究方向是具有重要醫(yī)學(xué)價(jià)值蛋白質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)功能和活性分子發(fā)現(xiàn)研究,其中包括:1)膜受體激活過程中的動(dòng)態(tài)變構(gòu)機(jī)制與關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)域鑒定;2)膜受體內(nèi)源性調(diào)控分子的發(fā)現(xiàn)與生理病理功能研究;3)基于受體蛋白三維結(jié)構(gòu)的藥物設(shè)計(jì);4). 具有重要藥用價(jià)值的毒素蛋白靶受體的發(fā)現(xiàn)與藥物設(shè)計(jì)。主要采用化學(xué)生物學(xué)、生物物理、分子藥理、分子生物學(xué)、計(jì)算生物學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的技術(shù)研究這些蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的關(guān)系及其相關(guān)的分子發(fā)現(xiàn)。
