1.應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠模型研究神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的分子機制。
2.非經(jīng)典Wnt信號通路在神經(jīng)發(fā)育中的作用、機制,及其與平面細(xì)胞極性(PCP)信號通路之間的關(guān)系。
