對于本科生而言，從薪水來講，最好的工作是進(jìn)國際的投行或咨詢公司。案例面試必不可少。我的一個好朋友，同濟(jì)01級本科畢業(yè)，起步月薪一萬有余，就任職于國際頂尖的戰(zhàn)略管理咨詢公司。但是，錢不是這么好拿的。從實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷、簡歷篩選、pre-talk、一輪又一輪的面試、案例面試到拿offer，沒有點(diǎn)實(shí)力是到不了的。
下面是一個對于undergraduate有點(diǎn)復(fù)雜的案例面試分析。大家先看看，感覺一下。這個案例資料是我看了這么多覺得最好一個的學(xué)習(xí)資料了，來之不易啊。希望學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們對自己提出更高一點(diǎn)的要求，不要覺得沒事做，耽誤了大學(xué)最好的機(jī)會——算是學(xué)姐我一點(diǎn)衷心的建議吧。也希望材料人的就業(yè)路能越來越寬闊：）
