What are your salary expectations?

你的理想薪資是多少？面試談到最后都會(huì)問(wèn)到這個(gè)問(wèn)題，這也是面試中最重要的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。那在談這個(gè)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候應(yīng)該注意什么呢？

1. 談錢(qián)不傷感情。首先擺正心態(tài)，不必不好意思，畢竟薪資待遇是工作所得。

2. 要提前做好準(zhǔn)備，對(duì)自己有一個(gè)正確的認(rèn)識(shí)，并且對(duì)申請(qǐng)的崗位和公司的薪資結(jié)構(gòu)有初步了解，基于此確定自己的期望，或者至少確定一個(gè)期望薪資區(qū)間。這里準(zhǔn)確定位很重要，要的太高容易失去offer，要的太低又自己吃虧，所以一定要了解當(dāng)前行情，知道自己要多少合適。

下面就是兩個(gè)委婉的，不給出一個(gè)確定number的回答(Here’s the best way to answer questions about salary):

1. My salary expectations are in line with my experience and qualifications...

2. If this is the right job for me, I am sure we can come to an agreement on salary...

但是一般情況interviewer都會(huì)問(wèn)你確定的number(But the interviewer will likely be looking for a number, so come prepared with a target salary figure or at least a range in mind)，這個(gè)時(shí)候就只能給出一個(gè)自己能接受的工資數(shù)了。你可以說(shuō)：

My salary expectation is xxx per month/xxxx per year. Of course we can discuss about it because I still do not know what is the detail salary constructure such as insurance...
