　　Good morning ! It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview, I hope I can make a good performance today. I’m confident that I can succeed. Now I will introduce myself briefly.I am 26 years old,born in shandong province . (General Introduction) I was graduated from Qingdao university. my major is electronic.and I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. During university, I spent most of my time on study so that I have passed CET4/6 . and acquired basic knowledge of my major.(Education background) In July 2003, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao.Because I’m capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I’d like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. (Research experience and academic activity) I think I’m a good team player and I’m a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure. That’s all. 　　面試技巧(1)應(yīng)試者應(yīng)充分利用各種個(gè)人資源。除了前面提到的面帶微笑、目光交流、坐姿端正等表情、身體語(yǔ)言外，請(qǐng)以沉穩(wěn)平靜的聲音、以中等語(yǔ)速、以清晰的吐字發(fā)音、以開朗響亮的聲調(diào)給考官以愉悅的聽覺享受，聲音小而模糊、吞吞吐吐的人，一定是膽怯、緊張、不自信和缺乏活力與感染力的。

　　面試技巧(2)情緒也是一個(gè)需要控制的重要方面。情緒，做為個(gè)人的重要素養(yǎng)，如果在自我介紹中起伏波動(dòng)，就會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。例如在介紹自己的基本情況時(shí)面無表情、語(yǔ)調(diào)生硬;在談及自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)時(shí)眉飛色舞。興奮不已;而在談?wù)撟约旱娜秉c(diǎn)時(shí)又無精打采、萎糜不振。

　　(3)有的應(yīng)試者談及自己的興趣愛好時(shí)，說自己喜歡唱歌，便自做主張，一展歌喉，在面試考場(chǎng)上為考官們唱它一曲，直到被考官客氣地打斷后，才反應(yīng)過來行為有些出格。

　　面試技巧(4)有的應(yīng)試者描述自己喜歡這樣、愛好那樣，如：文學(xué)、藝術(shù)、旅游、攝影等等，由此考官進(jìn)一步詢問其拍攝過什么作品，這位考生的回答卻是她喜歡別人給她拍照，還說家里的幾本影集都已經(jīng)滿了。

　　(5)有的應(yīng)試者在介紹家庭關(guān)系時(shí)，似乎“漫不經(jīng)心”地告訴考官們，自己的某位遠(yuǎn)房親戚是應(yīng)考單位的上司單位的某領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。

　　面試技巧(6)有的應(yīng)試者表示將來踏上工作崗位，將“一定要……“絕對(duì)……諸如此類的保證，似乎在做就職演講。

　　這些例子很多畫蛇添足似的自我介紹不但不會(huì)為你的形象增添色彩，會(huì)“越抹越黑”!。
