    英文求職信的格式 ( 一 )

    1 英文求職信應(yīng)注意的格式問(wèn)題

    但在格式方面與中文求職信還是有所區(qū)別的這主要表現(xiàn)在 英文求職信的主要內(nèi)容和中文求職信基本一致。

    1 信封的寫法

    外企在華的分支機(jī)構(gòu)或分公司都會(huì)在招聘廣告中給出中文地址,絕大多數(shù)情況下。終究入鄉(xiāng)隨俗,也可以防止郵遞員因?yàn)榭床欢庹Z(yǔ)而投遞

    只需按我國(guó)的習(xí)慣書(shū)寫信封就可以了只是人名方面須要注意。如果廣告上寫的聯(lián)系人是中文,困難。這種情況下。那么就直寫 “ 先

    千萬(wàn)不要擅自把它譯為中文,生收 ” 女士收 ” 好了但如果聯(lián)系人的名字是英文。哪怕這個(gè)名字看起來(lái)很普遍、很熟悉,如 “ James

    不要寫成 “ 詹姆士 ” Smith 不要寫成 “ 史密斯 ”

    如果外企給的英文地址,另外一種情況。那信封的寫法就應(yīng)遵循英美的習(xí)慣。一般的寫法是信封的左上角(中文信封郵政編碼的地方)

    信封中間的地方寫的收件人的名字和地址。收發(fā)雙方的地址都要依照由小及大的順序排列,寫的發(fā)件人的名字和地址。依次是第一行

    第二行寫市(縣)省名,寫房屋號(hào)、門牌號(hào)碼、街道或路名。第三行寫國(guó)家名稱。需要注意的寄往國(guó)外的求職信都要加上 “ 中國(guó) ” 字樣

    而且一定是國(guó)名前。對(duì)于發(fā)件人來(lái)說(shuō),郵政編碼位于省或者直轄市那行的行尾。如果你留下的學(xué)校班級(jí)地址,則一般順序?yàn)椋旱谝恍袑?/p>

    第二行寫系別,班級(jí)、專業(yè)。第三行寫學(xué)校(如果系和學(xué)校字?jǐn)?shù)少,也可以寫在一行)第四行寫市(縣)省。可以每一行后都加上逗號(hào)

    2 信件的格式

    第二行開(kāi)始就是正文了英文信件則不然,中文信件往往第一行是稱謂。盡管信封上的收件人和發(fā)件人雙方的地址都已經(jīng)寫得很明白,但在求
