1. Experience in concepts and design of closures (doors, hood, trunk lid / tailgate, fuel filler flap) including sheet metal parts and components

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作經(jīng)驗

1. Bachelor - Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree in Automotive Engineering,

Technician or relevant education, training, and/or work experience

機械工程本科或汽車工程碩士學(xué)歷，技術(shù)人員或具有相關(guān)教育，培訓(xùn)或者工作經(jīng)驗人員

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Closures parts and components development

至少3年開閉件工作經(jīng)驗

3. Skilled to use CAD systems such as CATIA V5 and/or UNIGRAPHICS

熟練運用CAD軟件如CATIA V5 或UNIGRAPHICS

4. Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)

1. Design of 3D models with CATIA V5 from the first concept to the final product according to functional, cost, quality and manufacturing requirements

根據(jù)部件的功能，成本，質(zhì)量以及生產(chǎn)的要求，能運用CATIA V5從最初的概念到最終的產(chǎn)品進行3D模型設(shè)計

2. Preparation of documentation, such as material lists, 2D drawings, installation manuals, FMEA, etc. according to customer or EDAG’s standard

根據(jù)客戶或愛達克的標準進行文件的編制，如材料清單，二維圖紙，安裝手冊，F(xiàn)MEA

3. Support the project manager with presentations of technical concepts, issues and proposals for solutions

協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理完成技術(shù)文件，解決問題，提出建議

4. All other tasks assigned by superior

上級分配的各項工作

1、負責(zé)車輛白車身、車身附件的設(shè)計與分析；

2、參與編制白車身及開閉件設(shè)計部分的設(shè)計任務(wù)書、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)條件；

3、負責(zé)完成白車身系統(tǒng)相關(guān)資料、生產(chǎn)工藝、裝配工藝、緊固件選用等設(shè)計工作；

4、負責(zé)相關(guān)車身圖紙發(fā)放和技術(shù)更改工作；

5、參加車身造型設(shè)計、開發(fā)及改進，參與新產(chǎn)品的外形效果設(shè)計和直觀模型制造。

 

1、標桿車型的Benchmark；
2、能正確理解并貫徹主管工程師的指導(dǎo)意圖與工作安排；
3、能獨立完成或在主管工程師指導(dǎo)下完成所負責(zé)零件的主斷面繪制及逆向/正向設(shè)計、2D圖紙繪制；
4、能看懂SE、ECR反饋并正確修改數(shù)模；
5、能編制并檢查白車身系統(tǒng)明細表、焊接明細表等報告；
6、配合其他部門工程師實施工作。

任職要求：
1、大專以上學(xué)歷，機械或汽車工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、主機廠或設(shè)計公司一個整車設(shè)計項目的車身設(shè)計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，了解玻璃大面的布置、鉸鏈、限位器、玻璃升降器等附件的布置；；
3、熟悉沖焊涂總四大工藝；
4、熟練運用CATIA或UG等三維制圖軟件及office辦公軟件；
5、具備承壓能力，良好的團隊合作意識及溝通能力；
6、能夠接受中長期項目出差（有出差補助）。
