2.Trouble shooting, root cause analysis and improve the maintenance plan

5.Spare parts management, stock taking and coordinate with suppliers, provide the parts requirements.

?The capacity to analyze Siemens PLC
?Fluent English not only speaking but also writing.
?Strong trouble shooting ability on site.

?Have the knowledge of high speed automatic production line, experience with punching machine, cutting machine and extruder machine is prefered.
?SAP experience is a Plus.

3.動手能力強(qiáng)，持高低壓電工上崗操作證。
4.具備良好的溝通能力，吃苦耐勞精神。
5.考慮到會出現(xiàn)加班以及去蕪湖短暫工作，有駕照與車的優(yōu)先。

專業(yè)知識與技能要求
1、精通傳感變送，步進(jìn)飼服，變頻調(diào)速，液壓氣動，可編程控制器，人機(jī)觸摸屏，工控通訊，自動化機(jī)構(gòu)，計算機(jī)運(yùn)用等。
2、可以繪制，審核、把關(guān)電氣工程圖紙。
3、PLC程序，觸摸屏程序編制。
4、制定電氣設(shè)備各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度及操作sop，維修計劃及周期檢查計劃，并協(xié)調(diào)日常的維修、保養(yǎng)等工作。
5、有注塑機(jī)和擠出機(jī)電氣控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)佳。
6、能熟練使用辦公軟件；能看懂英文圖紙。
