3、完成對(duì)賬、賬戶管理、清算結(jié)算、會(huì)計(jì)檔案管理等基礎(chǔ)性工作;
4、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事宜。
二、技能要求:
1、會(huì)計(jì)、金融或其它經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2、0-3年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);重點(diǎn)是薪資能接受,但是如果是金融同行薪資可以再聊。
3、理解會(huì)計(jì)基本原理,掌握會(huì)計(jì)基本實(shí)務(wù);
4、有基金從業(yè)資格優(yōu)先考慮;
5、具有一定的抗壓能力,勤奮好學(xué)、踏實(shí)細(xì)致,敬業(yè)樂群。
崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)編制收入、利潤計(jì)劃;
2、辦理銷售款項(xiàng)結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù);
3、負(fù)責(zé)收入和利潤的明細(xì)核算;
4、負(fù)責(zé)利潤分配的明細(xì)核算;
5、編制收入和利潤報(bào)表;
6、協(xié)助有關(guān)部門對(duì)產(chǎn)成品進(jìn)行清查盤點(diǎn);
任職資格:
1、有良好的職業(yè)道德和職業(yè)操守,吃苦耐勞,有上進(jìn)心;
2、全日制大專及以上學(xué)歷,會(huì)計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)管理、金融等相關(guān)專業(yè);
3 、具有二年以上財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠獨(dú)立完成全套賬務(wù)處理工作,精通增值稅業(yè)務(wù),有金融或銀行公司背景者優(yōu)先;
4、具有會(huì)計(jì)上崗證,初級(jí)或中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師職稱,有注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師證書者優(yōu)先;
5、精通國家財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)法律規(guī)范,熟悉國家稅務(wù)法規(guī)及相關(guān)稅收政策;
6、熟悉財(cái)務(wù)軟件的使用,有用友NC實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
7、有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,良好的紀(jì)律性及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能夠承受工作壓力
崗位職責(zé):
1.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司各項(xiàng)制度,并定期整理交易數(shù)據(jù),向上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)賬戶分析結(jié)果;
2.按照部門主管的要求進(jìn)行技術(shù)和基本面規(guī)律的分析,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的搜集或整理;
3.配合其他部門有關(guān)工作;
4.遵守公司的各項(xiàng)管理制度,承辦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。、

BS/ BA required.
1. 6-8 years experience, financial services preferred.
2. 2-3 years supervisory experience required.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills necessary.
4. CPA a plus.
