崗位職責：

1、對項目進行前期接觸，溝通客戶需求；

2、分析項目條件，收集相關素材，整理內部討論結果，完善創(chuàng)意總監(jiān)的設計思路；

3、通過文字、繪圖、參考圖等內容組成完整的前期概念設計方案，并親自向客戶進行匯報講解；

4、配合項目的其他設計工作，如故事線撰寫，方案排版，標書制作等；

5、協(xié)助銷售維護客戶關系，提供必要的技術支持與專業(yè)性意見。

任職要求：

1、有主題游樂或文旅項目經驗，三年以上工作經驗；

2、形象良好、思維清晰，表達能力強；

3、文字能力強，有獨立撰寫各種故事線文檔，影片腳本；

4、數量掌握illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign等矢量圖形軟件；

5、熟練掌握辦公軟件，能夠獨立完成概念設計方案排版；

6、有手繪基礎，能通過繪畫表達設計思路；

7、樂于接受新鮮事物，具有豐富的想象力。

1、有自己的設計理念，熟悉餐飲行業(yè)，有五個以上餐廳設計全案案例。
2、理解客戶要求，并能夠提出自己的創(chuàng)意，滿足客戶需求并能與客戶進行溝通。
3、負責所屬項目的方案設計及團隊管理工作。
4、會制作效果圖或者有較強的手繪功底者優(yōu)先。
5、熟練英文溝通的優(yōu)先

崗位要求：
1、求實敬業(yè)，能遵守公司的管理規(guī)定，具有良好的職業(yè)道德與團隊精神;

2、大專以上學歷，五官端正，家庭室內裝修設計5年以上本行業(yè)工作經驗（特殊優(yōu)秀人才，可適當放寬）;

3、能獨立完成整套餐廳設計及流程追蹤;能獨立帶團隊進行客戶談判及追蹤。

4、熟知工藝、材料及施工規(guī)范，能獨立收取設計費;

5、有獨特的設計理念及敏銳的色彩感覺.
 

Job description:
? Deliver outstanding interior designs for various dining spaces of China，mainly in Shanghai.
? Work in close partnership with the manager, peers and design teams.
? Execute catering designs that are relevant to the brand and elevate and protect the brand, meet the customer and industry trend , meet budgets and timelines and respond to market criteria.
? Knowing the customer requirements, have unique ideas of your own, also meet customer needs and have strong communicate skills.
? Develop and produce schematic plans, visual design packages, sketches, details and design intent drawing packages, materials specifications and schedules to support the execution of restaurant designs.
? Produce design documents to the expected quality standard to successfully execute the intended design concept.

Desired Skill and Experience:
1、Degree or diploma in the interior design discipline from a recognized educational institution. Over 3 to 5 years in interior design working experiences.
2、Experience in producing visual design content and delivering design documents including details, specifications and schedules. Strong concept design experience.
3、The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. Over 5 catering design cases in the past 2 years.
4、Fluent English & fluent Mandarin Chinese needed.
5、Can independently complete the entire restaurant design and process tracking; good customer negotiation and tracking skills. Strong sense of responsibility.
