1.More than 6 years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on quality control with at least 1 year management experience.
2.Good wrritten and verbal English skill.
3.Lead team(engineers,supervisors and inspectors), flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.

5.Customer complain management.
Job description:
1. Work with project team to make sure achieving the quality and delivery target.
2. Define the quality and test standard for new technics parts.
4. Manage the production and part qualification (qualification plan and issue tracking).
5. Arrange supplier audit and manage the part quality.
6. Arrange end user test.
7. Manage the golden samples and limited samples for mass product.
8. Manage other project quality relative issues.
Requirements:
-bachelor’ degree,3 years’ relative working experience, at least 1 year experience in DQA about mobile phone or tablet industry.
- Supplier quality management experience.
- Ability to understand software/mechanical/hardware issues.
- Quality tool skill: FMEA, PDCA, Cp&cpk, SPC, PPQA
- Good Communication Skill.
- Good spoken & written English.
1) 負責(zé)處理客戶投訴/抱怨,及時糾正內(nèi)部不符合,保證客戶問題得到及時處理;
2) 負責(zé)安排新品/ 新器件測試,改善測試方案,組織新品評審,控制/評估質(zhì)量風(fēng)險;
3) 處理生產(chǎn)線異常和協(xié)助生產(chǎn)線解決質(zhì)量問題。對重大問題,組織協(xié)調(diào)各部門進行質(zhì)量改善,跟蹤各項質(zhì)量改善的進度。
任職資格:
1) 電子、機械、通信相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷;
2) 具備1-2年的電子產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗;
3) 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。
