1998年度獲河北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;
2003年度獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院石家莊農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化所碩士學(xué)位;
2007年度獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所博士學(xué)位。
2006年度獲河北省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng);
2007年度獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng);
2008年度獲河北省自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng);
2014年度獲河北省自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)。

研究領(lǐng)域
面對(duì)華北平原是全國(guó)主要糧食基地,但水資源極度短缺的現(xiàn)狀,主要進(jìn)行農(nóng)田水分循環(huán)過(guò)程、節(jié)水機(jī)理與技術(shù)研究,為如何實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)和水資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論和技術(shù)支撐。
研究?jī)?nèi)容
1) 對(duì)作物蒸散發(fā)規(guī)律和過(guò)程、節(jié)水灌溉機(jī)理、制度和提高農(nóng)田水分利用效率的界面調(diào)控機(jī)理和途徑等方面進(jìn)行研究;
2) 對(duì)提高水分利用效率的節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)、品種篩選、耕作和種植技術(shù)等研究;
3) 模擬農(nóng)田生態(tài)系統(tǒng)不同水分管理對(duì)作物生產(chǎn)和環(huán)境的影響。
獲獎(jiǎng)榮譽(yù)
先后主持或參加國(guó)家“863”、科技支撐課題、國(guó)家自然基金和省部級(jí)課題10余項(xiàng)。先后發(fā)表論文80余篇,其中第一作者SCI7篇,EI2篇,核心期刊50余篇;獲授權(quán)專(zhuān)利10余項(xiàng);制訂地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)6項(xiàng)。
